18 states, including Bihar, involved in the digital promotion pilot project
In order to promote digital transactions in the GST conference, tax will be given to the poor and KCC beneficiaries in villages and card holders will be given a 20% tax incentive, which will be increased to a maximum of 100 rupees. One and a half dozen states including Bihar have given their assurances to participate in the digital promotion pilot project.
Jaitley expressed hope that cement would be cheaper
Union minister Arun Jaitley recently said that in the coming days, the rate of GST on cement, AC and large televised sets will be lower.
